Application of ITW Tiantai Welding Nickel-based Flux Cored Wire in Surfacing of Pressure Vessel Inner Wall

In the fields of petroleum refining and natural gas processing, many reaction vessels need to be operated under high temperature, high pressure and hydrogen conditions. In order to avoid corrosion of the inner surface of the pressure vessel by H22S, it is necessary to weld the corrosion resistant alloy on the inner wall of the reactor. TFW-625 flux-cored wire (model classification: ASME SFA5.34 ENiCrMo3T1-4) produced by ITW Tiantai welding consumables is mainly composed of molybdenum tantalum and has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has a low temperature to 980 °C. High strength, toughness, fatigue strength and oxidation resistance. It is resistant to both oxidizing acid media and reducing acid media.
